Proof of Concept for Wheels Up
Wheels Up is one of the world’s largest luxury private jet companies catering to a high-end global audience. Known for their exceptional service, the company offers two membership options both of which include an upfront initiation fee ranging from $3,000-$18,000. Despite paying this cost, a significant portion of Wheels Up members have not booked flights well into their memberships.
Our strategists put together a program targeted to customers who paid to join Wheels Up but had not yet booked a flight 6 months into their membership. To accompany the strategy, we designed several emails highlighting the benefits of a Wheels Up membership as a proof of concept.
